April 14 – Departure to Germany
Depart the United States for Europe!

April 15 – Check-in and Relaxation
Once in Berlin, you'll head to your hotel and check in. Take the rest of the day to relax and recover from your travels, preparing for the full itinerary that awaits you.
April 16 – Berlin to Potsdam Tour
The day starts with a visit to key historical sites in Berlin, including the Track 17 Memorial at Grünewald, which commemorates Jewish deportations during the 1940s. You'll also visit the Wannsee Conference House Museum, where the infamous Nazi meeting took place. Next, you’ll head to Glienicke Bridge, famously known as the "Bridge of Spies," a Cold War landmark.
After arriving in Potsdam, you'll explore the Brandenburg Gate before enjoying free time for lunch in Potsdam’s city center. In the afternoon, you'll explore the Sanssouci Gardens, including the Church of Peace, Sanssouci Palace, and Neues Palais. If time permits, you’ll stop at Cecilienhof Palace, the site of the post-World War II Potsdam Conference, before returning to Berlin.
April 17 – Full-Day Berlin Historical Tour
Meet your guides in the morning for a comprehensive tour of Berlin’s key historical sites. You'll visit Potsdamer Platz, the Tiergarten, the Soviet War Memorial, and the Reichstag. Moving on, you'll see the iconic Brandenburg Gate and the Holocaust Memorial, as well as the site of Hitler’s Bunker. A break at the Mall of Berlin offers time for lunch and shopping.
The tour continues with visits to the Former Luftwaffe HQ, the Berlin Wall, and the Topography of Terror Museum. You'll also see Checkpoint Charlie, Gendarmenmarkt, and several memorials and landmarks, including the Book Burning Memorial, Berlin Cathedral, and Museum Island. The day wraps up with stops at the TV Tower, the New Synagogue, and the Berlin Wall Memorial before heading back to the hotel.
April 18 – Dresden Tour and Departure for Wroclaw
The morning is yours to relax before meeting your guide, Heidi Paizs, in Dresden in the afternoon. You will gather at Theaterplatz, with exact meeting details to be confirmed. Heidi will lead a guided tour of the city, featuring landmarks like the Semper Opera House, Zwinger Palace, the Catholic Court Church, and a walk along the famous Princes' Procession. You'll also visit the Frauenkirche, one of Dresden’s most iconic structures, before walking up to the Bruhl Terrace for stunning views of the city. Next, depart and arrive in Wroclaw.
April 19 – Ksiaz Castle and the Church of Peace
The day starts with a visit to the majestic Ksiaz Castle, where you can explore its rich history and impressive architecture. Afterward, you’ll make your way to the Church of Peace, a UNESCO World Heritage site and a stunning example of Protestant religious architecture. The afternoon is flexible for additional activities depending on your interest.
April 20 – Easter Sunday in Wroclaw
This morning will be free for you to relax and enjoy Easter Sunday. Later in the afternoon, you’ll set out for a walking tour of Wroclaw’s picturesque Old Town, taking in the vibrant architecture and charming atmosphere of this historic city.
April 21 – Journey to Auschwitz and Krakow
On this day, you'll drive to Auschwitz for a tour of the former concentration camp, a haunting reminder of the atrocities of World War II. Following this profound experience, you’ll continue your drive to Krakow, where you'll spend the night.
April 22 – Krakow City Tour
Your day in Krakow will be a mix of panoramic views and immersive walking tours. You’ll visit iconic locations such as St. Mary’s Basilica, the Sukiennice (Cloth Hall), and the historic Jewish quarters. A visit to the Polish Aviation Museum will offer a unique look at the country’s aviation history.
April 23 – Salt Mine and Drive to Warsaw
The day begins with a visit to the world-famous Wieliczka Salt Mine, a subterranean wonder with intricate carvings and chambers made entirely of salt. Afterward, you’ll set off on the drive to Warsaw, with potential stops along the way at Czestochowa, home to the Black Madonna, or the picturesque towns of Sandomierz or Kazimierz Dolny.
April 24 – Treblinka and Warsaw Tour
In the morning, you'll visit Treblinka, another of the Holocaust’s most notorious concentration camps. Afterward, you’ll enjoy a walking or panoramic tour of Warsaw, which will include visits to the Old Town, the Uprising Monument, the Palace of Culture and Science, and the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews.
April 25 – Departure
On this final day, you’ll pack up and prepare for your return flight home after an enriching and educational journey across Germany and Poland. Welcome home!
