Day One & Two
This evening take a flight out of Los Angeles to Siem Reap. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your flight before arriving for y
our big adventure!

Day Three
When you arrive to the Siem Reap airport, you will be greeted and transferred to the hotel. Relax and rest this morning.

 

In the afternoon, you will enjoy a boat ride on the Tonle Sap lake at KAMPONG PHLUK VILLAGE. This is the largest permanent fresh-water lake in South East Asia and flows into Tonle Sap River, joining the Mekong in Phnom Penh. We will see a fishermen's "floating village" with floating schools, floating police station, etc. It is the same as a big village floating on the lake, and the "village" moves from place to place following the current. (Lunch, Dinner)

Day Four
Today we tour Angkor Wat - billed the 8th wonder of the world and is the largest reilgious monument in the world. We will visit the ancient capital of Angkor Tho with its huge statues, the Bayon Temple, unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara, the Phimeanakas, the Royal Enclosure, the Elephants Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King.

We will also visit Ta Prohm, one of the area’s most beautiful temples. Ta Prohm has been relatively untouched since it was discovered and retains much of its mystery, and the most famous of all the temples of Angkor Wat. The temple complex covers 200 acres and is comparable in size to the Imperial Palace in Beijing. Enjoy a wonderful sunset from the top of Pre Rup Temple. Dinner with Khmer Apsara Dance Show at a local restaurant. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day Five

Start the day today at Banteay Srey, known as Citadel of Women or Pink Temple. Next we will visit the unique interior brick sculptures of Prasat Kravan, Srah Srang, Banteay Kdei, Neak Pean, a fountain built in the middle of a pool, and Preah Khan temple, Built by the King Jayavarman VII. Unlike Ta Prohm, the temple of Preah Khan is in a reasonable state of preservation and ongoing restoration. Later on we will transfer to Siem Reap airport for our flight to Bangkok, Thailand . (Breakfast, Lunch)

Day Six
Enjoy some free-time in Bangkok this morning. In the afternoon we will visit The Royal Grand Palace which is one of the most beautiful ancient Siamese courts. It used to be the residence of the Kings of Thailand and it is also home to the beautiful Emerald Buddha Temple. Also, visit the Reclining Buddha, Wat Pho and Wat Traimit, the temple of the Golden Buddha. This temple is famous for its 900-years old five-and-a-half-ton solid gold Buddha. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day Seven
Get ready to visit the Damnern Saduak floating market which will be the highlight of today. As you journey to it, stop at Mae Klong Market where you can see local vendors selling seafood, spices, produce and much more! Visit Coconut Garden to see how sugar is produced locally.

After a boat ride, arrive at the floating market. See a fascinating Thai way of life, unchanged from ancient times and still widely practiced in this area.  You will get a chance to try various kinds of exotic Thai fruits. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

This evening, enjoy a wonderful White Orchid River cruise in Bangkok. Wonderful food and a relaxing evening await. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day Eight
Today experience a morning trip along the bustling Chao Phya River. You will pass the Thonburi residential areas. A stop will be made at the “Temple of Dawn." Afterward, transfer back to your hotel where you will enjoy an International Buffet Lunch.

Then, you will leave to catch your flight from the Bangkok Airport to Hanoi, and then be transported to the hotel.

Day Nine
This morning the tour guide and driver will pick you up at the hotel & transfer to Halong Bay. Enjoy the landscape of the Red River Delta countryside on the way. Then, it's time to cruise along Halong Bay!


A delicious lunch will be served in the restaurant while the cruise is passing Chan Voi, Van Boi and the Tra Bau area. Enjoy some optional kayaking or swimming as you discover Tra Bau or Van Boi. This is the most ideal paradise for swimming. After dinner, it’s your choice for squid fishing, spa, karaoke or just relaxing and enjoying the views! (Breakfast, Lunch Dinner)


Day Ten

Greet the new day on the sundeck while cruising further to Hang Sang–Hang Toi–one of the best attractions on Lan Ha Bay which is known for its pristine and tranquil beauty. Explore the area by local boat.

For lunch, a Vietnamese cuisine buffet is served at the restaurant while the boat heads back to the harbor.

Disembark at the harbor and then transfer back to Hanoi. Discover Vietnam daily life in with a bicycle tour around the Hoan Kiem lake, Ngoc Son temple, Old quarter streets, and Dong Xuan market. Next, attend the Water Puppet Show. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day Eleven
After breakfast you will visit Tran Quoc pagoda, Quan Thanh pagoda, West lake, Hoa Lo prison,  and Temple of Literature - the first university of Vietnam.

In the afternoon, the tour begins with the Ethnology museum which contains more than 10,000 objects, 15,000 black and white photos and hundreds of video tapes and cassettes which depict all aspects of life, activities, customs, and habits of the 54 ethnic groups of Vietnam. Enjoy free time until you transfer to the airport to take a flight to Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City). (Breakfast, Lunch)

Day Twelve 
Today we will arrive and board a river cruise in Cần Thơ and depart down the Bassac River. The Bassac enters the Nicolai Canal towards the Măng Thít River and the Cổ Chiên River. Rest on the deck savoring the landscape of rice paddies, sugar cane, and wooded banks.

In the middle of the afternoon, the Bassac drops anchor for a wonderful visit ashore: behind the curtain of trees, enjoy the discovery of the peaceful life of the Vietnamese countryside. Enjoy spectacular rice fields, fruit trees and welcoming residents, or, enjoy an optional short bike ride. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day Thirteen
Today the boat heads towards Cái Bè. The Bassac crosses the Cổ Chiên River upstream then enters the Chợ Lách Canal. After arrival in Cái Bè, transfer to a rowing boat for the quiet visit of a small canal if the tide allows it. Meet up with a local boat that will take you ashore for a tour of Cái Bè handicrafts.

Have lunch on board during the trip, and rest on the upper deck. The Bassac will enter the Chợ Lách canal, a concentration of river activity, between markets and churches. You will have the opportunity to have a unique look at life on the banks as well as on the water.

In the middle of the afternoon, you will enjoy visiting another village in the countryside. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day Fourteen
This morning take a boat towards Cần Thơ. Transfer to a lighter boat to visit the Cái Răng floating market, then a noodle factory and return to the Ninh Kiều wharf. (Breakfast)

In the afternoon you will be transferred to the airport for your flight home. Thank you for traveling with us, welcome home!
